Refunds/Exchanges

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. bileti.us  will not issue refunds or exchanges after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Policies set by promoters, venues, teams and theaters, prohibit bileti.us from issuing exchanges or refunds.

Lost/Stolen Tickets

Bileti.us  is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets purchased from its sites. In the case of a lost or stolen ticket, bileti.us will do its best to contact the event coordinators and resolve the issue. bileti.us makes no guarantee that lost or stolen tickets will be replaced by the event coordinators and will not refund the ticket price to the buyer.
